Do you disagree with your school district's evaluation?
If you have concerns that your child’s school district evaluation does not fully explain their struggles or you believe important areas may have been missed, you have the right to request an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE). Families often seek an IEE when school assessments feel incomplete, when results do not match what they are seeing at home, or when additional clarity is needed to support appropriate services and accommodations. A comprehensive independent educational evaluation can provide a deeper understanding of your child’s learning, attention, emotional, or developmental needs and offer clear, actionable recommendations to support success in school.
